All four web presences are operated by the same Austrian provider – Michael Jöbstl, at the address given above:

Each of these domains carries its own Impressum in the respective language, with the same provider details. Neither the language nor the domain ending changes who your contracting party is: it is always the Einzelunternehmen (sole proprietorship) named here, whose seat is in Graz, Austria.

The .de, .com and .si domains do not indicate a branch or an establishment outside Austria; they are language and market presences of the same Austrian business.

Contract Language, Delivery Area and Payment

Contract language: on this website, contracts are concluded in English. The provider and contracting party is in every case the Austrian sole proprietorship named above.

Delivery area: we deliver exclusively to delivery addresses in Austria and Germany. An order therefore requires a delivery address in one of these two countries; deliveries to other countries are not possible at present.

No access restrictions: we do not block access to this website based on your country, IP address or browser language, and we do not redirect you automatically to a different language version. Redirects take place only between our own spellings of the domain. Which language version you see is your own choice, made by clicking.

Currency and prices: all prices are in euro and are gross prices which include 20 % Austrian value added tax (Umsatzsteuer). The price calculation works with this single tax rate; there is no country-specific tax logic.

Payment: payment is made by credit card. For this you are redirected to the Stripe-hosted checkout page at checkout.stripe.com; you enter your card details there, directly with Stripe, and not on our website. A billing address must be provided.

What we currently offer: the product pages on this website are informational pages and do not constitute a binding offer. At present, the only thing set up is the configurator for the personalised welcome sign in the wedding section.

Current operating status: payment processing currently runs exclusively in Stripe's test mode. No real payments are processed, and no paid orders come into existence via this website at present.

Manufacturer Information under the EU General Product Safety Regulation

For the products we make ourselves, we are at the same time the manufacturer within the meaning of Article 3(8) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. The responsible manufacturer is therefore:

Our production methods are high-quality paper printing, direct UV printing onto purchased blanks and 3D printing.

The product-related information required by Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 – that is, the details identifying the individual product together with any warnings and safety information – is made available to you on request at the e-mail address given above. You can use the same address if you have a safety question about an item or want to report a problem to us.

Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If something is not right, please come to us first, directly at michaeljoebst87@gmail.com. Most matters are settled fastest that way.

If no agreement is reached in a specific case, we will inform you on a durable medium, in accordance with the Austrian Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz (AStG – Alternative Dispute Resolution Act), whether and before which conciliation body we will take part in proceedings. Your ability to take the matter to court remains unaffected in any event.

The former EU platform for online dispute resolution no longer exists; the underlying EU regulation has been repealed. We therefore do not provide a link to it.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country of their habitual residence.

Place of jurisdiction: for disputes with entrepreneurs (Unternehmer within the meaning of Austrian law), the court having subject-matter jurisdiction for Graz, Austria, is agreed.

This agreement on jurisdiction does not apply to you as a consumer: the statutory rules on jurisdiction continue to apply, in particular § 14 KSchG (Konsumentenschutzgesetz – the Austrian Consumer Protection Act) and Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. You can therefore sue us at the court of your place of residence, and we can sue you only where you have your domicile, your habitual residence or your place of employment.

The texts, designs, graphics and layouts of this website are protected by copyright. Any use beyond the cases permitted by law requires our prior consent.

Product images: the product images shown on this website are AI-generated mood images. They show the design idea and are not a photograph of the specific item delivered to you; deviations in material, colour and detail are therefore possible. What is decisive for your order is the design you set in the configurator.

Content Credentials: the original files of these images contain a C2PA manifest (Content Credentials) documenting the origin of the file; those original files are held by us. When they are converted into the JPEG format used on the website, this manifest is lost – the image files delivered here therefore no longer carry it.

Data Protection
