Information on AI-Generated Images
On this website you will see images showing how our products are designed and how they look and feel. These images are AI-generated. So that you know exactly what you are looking at and what you can take your bearings from, we explain openly here how these images are created, what they can tell you and what they cannot. This notice concerns image material only.
Our product and mood images are AI-generated
All product and mood images on this website are AI-generated visualisations. They are not photographs of specific individual pieces that we have already produced and delivered.
The images show the design direction and the mood: the formal language, the overall impression, the colour harmony, the design intent. They are examples, not depictions of a particular finished piece.
In concrete terms this means: - Names, dates and texts that can be read on the products shown are sample content, not real orders. - Where images show people, rooms or settings, that image content is generated as well. It does not depict any specific persons, any specific places or any weddings that actually took place. - We label these images as AI-generated, and we also state it expressly here so that no misunderstandings can arise.
Where the delivered product may differ from the image
The actual product may differ from the image. That is not a side note; it is the core of this notice.
Deviations are possible in: - colour and colour effect - material and material thickness - surface, texture and degree of gloss - details such as edges, transitions, typeface and alignment - size relationships within the depiction
There are two sober reasons for this.
First, screen rendering: colours appear differently depending on the device, calibration, brightness and ambient light. What you see on your display never corresponds exactly to what you will later hold in your hands.
Second, production: we work with high-quality paper printing, with direct UV printing on blanks sourced from suppliers, and with 3D printing. Each of these processes has its own characteristics in terms of ink application, surface and material tolerance. A generated image does not reproduce these process characteristics to scale.
And one more thing that is often overlooked: whatever appears in an image by way of surroundings, props or decoration is not part of the scope of delivery unless it is expressly part of the design agreed with you.
What matters is the design you order or agree with us
An image on this website is not an assurance of specific characteristics (Zusage bestimmter Eigenschaften). What is decisive is the design you order or individually agree with us. Until then, all depictions are non-binding examples.
The product pages are purely informational pages. They contain no prices, no delivery times, no availability information and no reviews. They show you how we design, not what a specific order will cost in the end or when it will be finished.
Before you place an order we are required to inform you about the essential characteristics of the goods (§ 4 Abs 1 Z 1 FAGG – Section 4(1) no. 1 of the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, the Austrian Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts), and what we tell you in doing so becomes part of the contract (§ 4 Abs 4 FAGG). That is exactly why we say it so clearly here: what counts is the design you ordered or agreed, not the mood image on the website. If a detail matters to you, raise it before ordering so that it is recorded in the agreed design.
Important regarding delivery: we currently deliver to Austria and Germany only.
Labelling and provenance (C2PA)
C2PA Content Credentials exist for the original files of our images. These are provenance records embedded in the file, documenting how an image was created.
When the images are prepared for the website – that is, when the format is changed and the files are compressed for delivery in the browser – these credentials are lost. The image files your browser loads therefore no longer carry the provenance data. The original files with the embedded Content Credentials are held by us.
Because the technical labelling is lost on the way to the web, we replace it with this visible notice. For AI-generated content, Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (KI-Verordnung, the EU AI Act) provides for transparency obligations; that provision has applied since 2 August 2026. We disclose the provenance of our images regardless of how far those obligations reach in any individual case.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected
This notice is not an exclusion of liability and not a limitation of your rights. It explains what an image says, not what you give up.
For consumer transactions (Verbrauchergeschäfte), the Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz (VGG, the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act, Austrian Federal Law Gazette BGBl I 175/2021) applies: - The statutory warranty period (Gewährleistungsfrist) is two years from handover of the goods (§ 10 VGG). - If a defect becomes apparent within one year of handover, it is presumed to have already been present at the time of handover; during that period, the burden of proving otherwise lies with us (§ 11 VGG). - Once the statutory warranty period has expired, an additional, independent limitation period (Verjährungsfrist) of three months for enforcing the claim in court is added (§ 28 VGG).
If the product delivered deviates from the design you ordered or agreed, or is defective, the statutory warranty applies. The fact that the images on this website are AI-generated changes nothing about that. We may neither curtail nor exclude these rights by contract vis-à-vis consumers.
If you are a consumer with your habitual residence outside Austria, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected in any case, and apply even where they are more favourable to you than Austrian law (see the section "Applicable law and version date").
Whether a right of withdrawal (Rücktrittsrecht) exists for a particular product, and under what conditions, is set out in the withdrawal instructions (Rücktrittsbelehrung). This notice does not change that and makes no statement about it.
Questions about a particular image
If you want to know, for an individual image, what is design intent and what will look different once produced, ask us. We would rather answer that beforehand than after delivery.
